How we differ.
From conventional Land-Based Aquaculture.
Many land-based systems operate in open pond or semi-controlled environments, with greater exposure to external conditions and variable water quality. Many require water to be completely refreshed each harvest. Others require excess energy to operate efficiently. We dont.
From lake-Based Aquaculture.
Lake-based systems rely on natural water bodies, where conditions are less controlled and traceability can be more limited. Many Kenyan lakes are suffering with increasing pollutant/heavy metal build up.
