At the Vertical Lake farming project in Kajiado County, an innovative system is now turning fish waste into organic plant food. Water containing fish waste is collected from stacked rectangular fish tanks and transferred into special containers, where it undergoes a fermentation process before being processed into organic plant food for farming.
